The Airline has sucessfully secured traffic rights for flying routes from Kathmandu to Delhi, Bangkok, Dhaka, Singapore, Bahrain, Guangzhou, Mumbai, Kuala Lumpur and Doha.

Customer Services

Alpine Air is outcome of a through market research hence, the services provided by this airline will be crafted according to the need of the customers. For example, there is no call center for airlines; so, Alpine Air will have a 24 hour call center for any kind of information. The center will also inform each passenger about the status of the flight, and the passengers can call to enquiry if any special service is required.
It will also have Airport Customer Services (ACS) as follows:

  • Standby duty at taxi curb for any assistance such as trolley,
  • Departure card and baggage tag service at the queue,
  • Assistance at the immigration and security to the passengers therefore making it an easy and smooth experience for them
  • Special baggage handling service and
  • Most of all ACS will supervise the customer assistance on arrival.
